WILDERNESS FISHING FOR STURGEON IN THE FRASER RIVER CANYON
Fishing the Fraser Canyon offers you insight into some of the most breathtaking areas of British Columbia. Our sturgeon wilderness trips into this incredible landscape take your breath away. This is not a sightseeing or sturgeon fishing day, rather a combination of both. The Fraser River gets squeezed into 1/10 or less of it`s average width and you can imagine the speed of the water. When you look up to the sky and all you see are walls of rock - mountains and canyon walls reaching straight up into the air.
We offer these trips from July to November, when water and fishing conditions combine perfectly. The sturgeon fishing in the canyon produces usually less fish in numbers, but big fish. The biggest sturgeon last season was 12 feet in length. These trips can be perfectly combined during a multiple day stay with other wilderness adventures.
"8.5 foot sturgeon carefully released".
